JUSTIF: Je az neuveritelne, jaka zmena nastala, kdyz jsem pri jednanich a vyjednavanich (konflitknich, napr. v praci) zacala zacinat skoro kazdou svou reakci "Rozumim.", pripadne parafrazi toho, co si myslim ze ten druhy chtel vyjadrit. Tenze taji jak ta brecka neska. Lidi hrozne moc touzi po tom, byt pochopeni. Kdyz jim nekdo rozumi, nemuze uz byt tak uplne nepritel... i kdyz s nima nesouhlasi, nevyhovi jim atd.
