The outer single pocket jacket is adorned with a new, original art piece illustrated by Uzumaki author and artist Junji Ito specifically for this release. Includes a dual-sided 12"x12” insert manufactured on premium art lithograph paper showcasing the credits and cover art, and an obi strip featuring the Uzumaki logo and picture disc image.
