Podrobna kriteria:
- Flat, room or studio for just one person. Toilet and bathroom can be shared but NO SHARED KITCHEN
- Sharing house with just one other person (below cca 35-40 years old) can be also OK
- price including all fees max 550pm. Not including all monthly fees max 500pm
-I DO NOT WANT TO LIVE WITH LANDLORDS
- I would like to have an option to bring visitors sometimes, even over night (at least my boyfriend)
-Should be at least partially furnished (the most important is bed and desk. But if otherwise ok I don't mind to buy my own desk and put it in if possible)
- I would like to stay there at least half year, preferably whole year
- I am ok with paying rent few (even 6 or so) months in advance (after I have signed contract and preferably moved in, if looks reliable) but I don't have a UK guarantor
- I am ok with paying reasonable refundable deposit
- I am ok with paying reasonable one times agency fees, can be even higher like 500 or so altogether
- Very strong preference for option to have a shelter or garden for bike. If not, it would be good if I am allowed to keep my bike in the room or flat
-LOCATION: Brighton - most preferable around Brighton Centre. Hove should be also ok
I can also be ok with: Falmer, Lewes, Woodingdean, Brighton Marina, Rottingdean, Saltdean or other village similar or closer distance
Moulescomb or Coldean would also be very good
I would also consider quite further villages around if it looks very good otherwise, preferably if there is a good train connection to Brighton and Falmer
- I need internet but I wouldn't mind to sort it out by myself
-Preferably with washing machine (would consider also without if public laundry nearby)
