SONIC: nene, ve hre to vypada jako typickej film grain efekt, a neni to staticky jak by to na obrazku mohlo vypadat, je to sum.
Kdyz se podivas na issue council, tak tam tenhle problem je 103x potvrzenej vs. 1 ze to prej nevidi.
Pri prochazeni tech issue council prispevku jsem narazil na toto:
"Still an issue in 3.5.1... The console command is "r_HDRGrainAmount=0" but it doesn't currently work. It's stuck on 0.5 always! Please fix this and make a setting where we can turn this off... It's not as visible on normal settings with 1080p but if you mess with your Gamma/Brightness/Contrast or screen resolution at all it looks like old TV static anywhere that doesn't have eye melting bright light projected onto it......"

...tak nic. Nezbyva nez doufat, ze se jednoho dne probudej a venujou tech 5 vterin whitelistnuti toho parametru, abychom si ten prisernej eye sore mohli vypnout.
