Petropopulism
We aim to explain petro populism — the excessive use of oil revenues to buy political support. To reap the full gains of natural resource income, politicians need to remain in office over time. Hence, even a rent-seeking incumbent who prioritizes his own welfare above that of citizens, will want to provide voters with goods and services if it promotes his probability of remaining in office. While this incentive benefits citizens under the rule of rent-seekers, it adversely motivates benevolent policymakers to short-term overprovision of goods and services. In equilibrium, politicians of all types indulge in excessive resource extraction, while voters reward policies they realize cannot be sustained over time. Moreover, overextraction might even be reinforced as voters become better informed.

Národní meteorologické centrum (NCM) přiznalo, že v neděli a v pondělí nasadil k hrátkám s počasím skutečně letadla. V úterý pak zřejmě obloha odpověděla po svém.

Při „očkování“ mraků se do oblak rozprašuje letadly či drony jodid stříbrný.

I still often blow my mind at seeing the scale of the human enterprise.

-Humanity uses ~0.6 ZJ (600,000,000,000,000,000,000 joules) of energy per year.
-That's equal to ~30% of the ~2 ZJ in annual photosynthesis of the entire biosphere!
-The biosphere retains about 19 ZJ of biochemical energy.
-The greenhouse gases we have added to the atmosphere caused our planet to accumulate ~90 ZJ of heat in the past 4 years alone!

We have created the anthroposphere. A new part of the planetary system with an insatiable hunger for energy.

And we are about to be faced with more energy than we can stomach.

Be it as unbearable heat, as super storms, or as melted ice flooding our cities through rising seas

Právě mi přijde trend tvrdit, že v Česku bude určitě sucho a vedro........ono může být vlhko a zima. Vedro a sucho může být třeba v Kanadě a na Sibiři.

Třeba ten trend studených jar se začíná opakovat. Období duben+květen bylo nad normálem naposledy v roce 2018. To už se dá považovat za něco co není náhodné.
