2. Thou shalt not make for thyself any idols, except when it comes to politicians who align with your viewpoints, then feel free to worship them wholeheartedly.
3. Thou shalt not take the name of the Lord in vain, but feel free to use it to justify any and all of your actions, even if they are contrary to the teachings of the Bible.
4. Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy; but if there's a football game on, go ahead and skip church this once (or every week, no judgment).
5. Honor thy father and thy mother, but only if they hold the same political views as you do.
6. Thou shalt not murder, but arguing fiercely on social media is fair game. Bonus points if you can make someone feel really, really bad about themselves.
7. Thou shalt not commit adultery, unless you're a high-profile politician, in which case we'll pretend we never heard about it.
8. Thou shalt not steal, but feel free to exploit any loopholes in the tax code to your advantage.
9. Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor, unless it suits your narrative and gets you more "likes" and "shares."
10. Thou shalt not covet anything that belongs to thy neighbor, except their political power, wealth, and influence.
