As the Planetary Health Alliance moves forward after a productive second annual meeting, a discussion on the rapid global proliferation of artificial electromagnetic fields would now be apt. The most notable is the blanket of radiofrequency electromagnetic radiation, largely microwave radiation generated for wireless communication and surveillance technologies, as mounting scientific evidence suggests that prolonged exposure to radiofrequency electromagnetic radiation has serious biological and health effects. However, public exposure regulations in most countries continue to be based on the guidelines of the International Commission on Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection1 and Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers,2 which were established in the 1990s on the belief that only acute thermal effects are hazardous. Prevention of tissue heating by radiofrequency electromagnetic radiation is now proven to be ineffective in preventing biochemical and physiological interference. For example, acute non-thermal exposure has been shown to alter human brain metabolism by NIH scientists,3 electrical activity in the brain,4 and systemic immune responses.5 Chronic exposure has been associated with increased oxidative stress and DNA damage6, 7 and cancer risk.8 Laboratory studies, including large rodent studies by the US National Toxicology Program9 and Ramazzini Institute of Italy,10 confirm these biological and health effects in vivo. As we address the threats to human health from the changing environmental conditions due to human activity,11 the increasing exposure to artificial electromagnetic radiation needs to be included in this discussion.
Due to the exponential increase in the use of wireless personal communication devices (eg, mobile or cordless phones and WiFi or Bluetooth-enabled devices) and the infrastructure facilitating them, levels of exposure to radiofrequency electromagnetic radiation around the 1 GHz frequency band, which is mostly used for modern wireless communications, have increased from extremely low natural levels by about 1018 times (figure). Radiofrequency electromagnetic radiation is also used for radar, security scanners, smart meters, and medical equipment (MRI, diathermy, and radiofrequency ablation). It is plausibly the most rapidly increasing anthropogenic environmental exposure since the mid-20th century, and levels will surge considerably again, as technologies like the Internet of Things and 5G add millions more radiofrequency transmitters around us.

A recent evaluation of 2266 studies (including in-vitro and in-vivo studies in human, animal, and plant experimental systems and population studies) found that most studies (n=1546, 68·2%) have demonstrated significant biological or health effects associated with exposure to anthropogenic electromagnetic fields. We have published our preliminary data on radiofrequency electromagnetic radiation, which shows that 89% (216 of 242) of experimental studies that investigated oxidative stress endpoints showed significant effects.7 This weight of scientific evidence refutes the prominent claim that the deployment of wireless technologies poses no health risks at the currently permitted non-thermal radiofrequency exposure levels. Instead, the evidence supports the International EMF Scientist Appeal by 244 scientists from 41 countries who have published on the subject in peer-reviewed literature and collectively petitioned the WHO and the UN for immediate measures to reduce public exposure to artificial electromagnetic fields and radiation.

Tech firms are in talks with ministers about creating health passports to help Britons return safely to work using coronavirus testing and facial recognition.

Facial biometrics could be used to help provide a digital certificate – sometimes known as an immunity passport – proving which workers have had Covid-19, as a possible way of easing the impact on the economy and businesses from ongoing physical distancing even after current lockdown measures are eased.

CAIDEL: Se svobodou to nikdy ve zname historii lidstva nebylo moc slavne. ČR zaziva experiment od roku 1989 a nedavno jsme oslavili 30 let svobody. Obdobne novodoba svoboda je ten internet.

KUKIDE: Ze vam vadi svoboda slova, si imho jdete resit nekam jinam.

LACIF: Nekdo podpali 5G vysilac a zkratkovite mysleni z toho vyvozuje zavery ci dokonce plosna opatreni. Pritom ani nevime, kdo ten vysilac zapalil. Klidne si to mohl zapalit nekdo z T-Mobile a protoze dost lidi ma tendenci k tomuhle zkratkovitemu mysleni, a jsou permanentne z neceho vystraseni, tak se da s lidma manipulovat a hrat na ne jak na piano.
Stejne musim zpetne znovu a znovu zasnout jak primitivne primocary jsou tyhle implikace. Pritom, ze nekdo podpali 5G vysilac, neimplikuje pro svobodu slova vubec nic.

GORG: Máš to velmi, velmi popletené. Jen moderní svět naopak umožnil každému beztrestně kvákat cokoli se mu za chce bez ohledu na realitu s dopadem na celý svět. Dřív si obecní blázen mohl otvírat pusu leda tak na náměstí nebo v obecní putyce s nulovým dopadem, dneska můžeš na netu oslovit celý svět a algoritmy ti v tom ještě pomůžou. Čím šíblejší, tím lepší a jak je vidno, své publikum podobných existencí si to vždycky najde (ono jich není až tak málo).

Ono ten teorém, že každý názor je posvátný a zaslouží si ochranu pak trochu narazí na realitu, kdy zjistíš, že dlouhodobě to takhle asi nepůjde, protože to prostě nadělá víc škody než užitku (viz. třeba náš vlastně jediný důchodce terorista).

Třeba v médiích by mělo být obvyklé, aby novinář na svou zodpovědnost prohlásil: nezlobte se na mě, ale tohle (nevím, třeba flat earth society nebo cokoli) je prostě blábol a tak k tomu přistupoval nebo "cenzurovat" tím, že určité typy pošuků prostě zvát do pořadů nejde. Jak se říká, rovnost názorů a přístup pět minut pro židy a pět minut pro Hitlera nevede k moc pěkným výsledkům.

CAIDEL: měl.by si podporovat šíření těch největších hanebností.. i když.to není tvůj chleba podporovat možnost to šířit. Kdyby svoboda no xomolovivt. Jen moderní svět vytvořil dojem světa vytvořil zcela nepodložený dojem jakéhosi "práva" slyšet jen svůj vlastní názor. Takhle vyzněno je snad každému jasné, o co jde.

Tldr: svoboda slova je boj za slovo se kterým nesouhlasís , ty ....

Problém ohledně té cenzury vidím v tom, že pobláznění hippíci ruku v ruce s ultrapravičákama se tím akorát utvrdí ve své ublíženosti, jak jim někdo odepírá možnost šíření jejich "alternativní" pravdy. Utvrdí je to v jejich paranoidním náhledu.

KYARA: Jojo. 1+1=2 je fakt trapná oficiální propaganda. Hanba tomu, kdo věří a nedokáže si to roztřídit sám.

Hele, renesanční člověk (tzn. někdo kdo byl schopen čistě hypoteticky obsáhnout veškeré lidské vědění) byl naposledy hypoteticky realizovatelný naposledy právě tak v renesanci (i když se to tak vtipně říká, ale spíš to už ani tou dobou nešlo a reálné to bylo tak někdy kolem nuly).

Jestli mi chceš tvrdit, že jsi teď zcela relevantně schopen třídit lékařské myšlenky, nejnovější vývoj v oblasti jaderné fyziky, chemie, ekonomie, psychologie a IT, tak gratuluji, respekta, ale spíš bych tipnul, že jenom kecáš "třídíš si je sám" a většinu času vůbec netušíš, která bije.

CAIDEL: Já si myslím, ze bysme nemeli podporovat oficiální verze pravdy.Jje to relativní a snadno zneuzitelný. Kazdej at si to roztrídí sám, nepotrebuju, aby me nekdo bránil pred "lzivýma informacema", to uz tu jednou bylo. Kdyz dovolíme nebo dokonce povazujeme za potrebny, aby to nekdo delal za nás, tak uz jsme fakt upný zoufalci.
