"I'm leaving the country. As one of six Swedish delegates I will be going on a three month trip to Israel and Palestine as an 'ecumenical companion', departing around the beginning of December."
This is thus a planned trip everyone knew about and she even writes about it on 9 December:
"My new home in the West Bank - Yanoun. Today I found out where in the West Bank I am going to be moving to next week - namely the small village of Yanoun with 90 inhabitants, of which only one speaks English. And that makes me happy. ‘Adrusu l’arabiyya, I am studying Arabic".
The loose conjecture about this woman, the personal insults and the character assassinations are getting so ridiculous that even her own advertised and planned trips are mendaciously being made out to be sinister and somehow "signs" of something through "rumors" and "anonymous sources from her university", when in fact the source is herself on a trip she's planned for more than a month. Stay classy, Raw Story!

The "translation" of her tweet about mastercard, visa and paypal is erroneous. "mastercard, visa och paypal - skärp er, nu!" does not mean "belt them now" or "hit it now" as Raw Story and Crickey.com are reporting. "Skärpa sig" is an idiomatic expression that means something like "shape up, wake up, get a grip, pull yourself together". It's just an admonishment to someone you think isn't acting like they should. It isn't "railing against" anyone - it's a very mild admonishment, like something a teacher would tell a student misbehaving - nor is it even close to "evidently referring to the cyber-attacks launched on those institutions" as Raw Story is falsely claiming.
