JIMIQ: To je sice hezka teorie, ale realita je presne opacna a home office je mene efektivni nez chozeni do prace. Proto taky byla kauza v tom Applu, takze z myho podnikatelskyho pohledu je to asi tak, ze Musk koupil ztratovou a zadluzenou firmu za 44 miliard z nichz cast si pujcil a ted dela klasicky cuty, taby tu firmu pretransformoval, zefektivnil procesy a ta firma zacala vydelavat. Uz v ramci nekolikamesicni DD prisel na to, ze polovina lidi v ty firme je uplne zbytecne, aka misto jednoho cloveka na fulltime v kanclu dela stejnou praci sest lidi na houmiku, takze polovinu lidi propustil..Dalsi vec co udelal bylo ze zrusil dotovani obedu/veceri a hadal se o tom s jednou zamestnankyni, ktera mu to vycitala..na coz ji napsal ze jsou stejne skoro vsichni na houmiku, takze mu prijde trochu debilni aby twitter platil 13 milionu dolaru rocne za obedy a vecere v HQ, kdyz tam realne skoro nikdo neni..A ted napsal zamestnancum, ze je potreba vratit se do kanclu a makat tech 8 hodin denne od pondeli do patku a ze jestli se to nekomu nelibi, tak dostane trimesicni odstupny a muze jit. Nevidim na tom vubec nic divnyho nebo spatnyho ci zavaznyho a vubec nechapu nad cim se jako lidi pozastavujou..Ze nekdo koupi ztratovou firmu a najme dalsi lidi, aby ta ztrata byla vetsi?..nebo co? :)

In-person work fosters innovation, the effects of which on productivity almost certainly exceed the gains from working harder at home for possibly unsustainable stretches. An even slightly higher growth rate once people return to offices will quickly outpace the one-time gain from saved commuting time.
