Především soud takhle rozhodl proto, že Elon byl v konfliktu zájmů a jako majoritní akcionář se nezachoval fér k minoritním (=všichni kromě Elona, pokud to dobře chápu), což je nabíledni - přihrál si sám sobě odměnu nafouknutím jak obtížné to bylo.
