A Dutch Model 3 owner who paid €6,400 for FSD back in 2019 has launched a collective claim website to bundle HW3 + FSD owners across the EU.

The effort comes from Mischa Sigtermans, a 2019 Model 3 buyer and one of the first Tesla owners in the Netherlands. In a post on X that racked up 75,000 views overnight, Sigtermans said he waited seven years for Tesla to deliver the autonomy he was sold, and finally gave up after last week’s FSD approval in the Netherlands made clear his car would be left out.

“Tesla owes me €6.800. And if you’re a HW3 + FSD owner, they owe you too,” Sigtermans wrote. “I waited 7 years. SEVEN years!”

JANOS: Jasne, o tom vim. Vsak jsem taky psal, ze to tak v naproste vetsine pripadu je. Presto jsou i pripady, kdy to tak neni, kdy skutecne chyba je na strane auta. V tom Norskem pripadu (kontext pro ty, co neklikali na linky, nehoda se stala uz 2023, vysetrovani tedy uz davno probehlo a skoncilo) nedospeli k jednoznacnemu zaveru, kde se stala chyba. Napriklad to, ze svitila brzdova svetla sice mohlo byt tim, ze stal na brzde, ale taky to mohl zpusobit antikolizni system. Z videa je celkem jasne, ze duvod pro jeho aktivaci by se nasel. Ze ridicovi se v tomto pripade neda verit je celkem jasne.

Jenze kdyz jde o firmu, ktera je znama svojim odporem k transparentnosti, tak je treba pocitat s tim, ze i na ne lide koukaji dost podezrivave. Kdyz jsou ochotni zajit tak daleko, ze zatajuji data pred soudem (Benavides v. Tesla, Inc.), tak tomu fakt moc nepomuzou.
