THE FEDERATION OF GLOBAL NATION: WHY DO WE NEED IT?

Accountability: It will make Regional Governments, that is, the government of your own country, more accountable for their administration over the people. Regional Governments that become prone to corruption and mismanagement will be dissolved and replaced with fresh new Governments that work for the people.

Universal Security and Defence Forces: The Federation will absorb all Naval, Air, Ground and Orbital defence and security forces from the Regional Governments and bind them into one Federation Force. The Federation will maintain the complex issues of operations and procedures involved in running these forces. This frees Regional Governments from the burdens of defence and security and allows them to concentrate entirely on the domestic policies. Enabling them to serve you better.

Unified civil and criminal law: Under universal law, no matter where you go to in the world you will know what’s legal and what isn’t. These laws will be just and fair. The federation places high values and care not just on a select few but on every human being. The federation constitution demands equality for all people of all races, colour or creed.

No Death penalty: There will be no death penalty in the federation. Under the Federation new super-technologies will be implemented of which Global Nation holds patents on. Federation Citizens who are found guilty of a Felony or A High Felony like Murder or Terrorism will first be incarcerated within Federation Territory and subject to Federation GPS-Dissident Chip laws. (GPS-Dissident Chips are Global Positioning System microchips encoded with the offenders classified offence and personal details which can be tracked and monitored by Federation Civilian & Military Satellites) GPS-Dissident Chips are injected by neurosurgeons under the base of the skull - making it impossible for Convicted Felons to remove them without endangering their lives. The technology and knowledge to insert and extract GPS-Dissident Chips will only be able to be performed by qualified Federation Neuro-Surgeons.

Anyone under 18 is released after GPS-Dissident Chips insertion and placed in the care of a Child re-education agency.

Anyone over 18 is dealt with by the Federation in the following manner:

Low Level Felons (Still to be classified): Undetermined Exile to either male or female controlled Federation Penal Colonies. A territory that is within federation Borders but in isolation from a civilian population. Set up with basic farms. Basic farming equipment and housing. Monitored by Federation Satellites and randomly visited by Federation Correctional Officers. These Felons have a chance of being released back into society after undergoing re-education and reprogramming technologies.

High Level Felons (Murderers, Violent Sex Offenders, Terrorists): Permanent Exile to either male or female Federation Monitored Penal Colonies - Off shore or Off world. A territory that is outside official federation Borders and in extreme isolation from a civilian population. Set up with basic farms. Basic farming equipment and housing. Monitored by Federation Satellites and randomly patrolled by Federation Military Forces. These Felons will fend for themselves for the rest of their natural lives.

Universal Taxation: Under the federation there will be a standard across board taxation system. Under $25,000 1-5% , $30,000 - $40,000 per year would pay a 10% income tax. Above that a flat tax of 20% would apply. Corporations would pay 30%. A Corporation that tripled its profits would have to pay 30% plus 5% for every multiple over. There will be a ceiling on corporate income. The ceiling applies on Corporations with multi-billion and trillion dollar revenues. This is implemented to stop large corporate entities from consuming and closing down small family and community sized businesses.

Global health services and Medicare System: A Federation Medicare System shall be installed to provide comprehensive health care to all citizens. Treatment shall be based on medical priority regardless of patients' income and shall be financed out of a global Medicare taxation levy. Prescriptions shall be subsidised to people on low incomes, children, expectant mothers, pensioners and other groups. Under the Federation you will be treated with the same high standards of health care when holidaying in Africa as you would when in Australia or England. If you get sick while in another country you will simply be able to check into a local doctor or hospital and be treated with the same care and cover as if you were at home. Over the first decade under the Federation the infrastructure of countries with poor or low hospital conditions will be a priority and rebuilt by the Federation to the high standards elsewhere in the world. No one will miss out.

Standardized education and Higher Education: Your degree in one country will be the same as in another. You can work anywhere in the world in your field without having to requalify.

A global currency: “ An unregulated global economy dominated by corporations that recognize money as their only value is inherently unstable ... and is impoverishing humanity in real terms” - Dr. David C.Korten.

A Federation controlled one-world currency would eliminate currency speculation and the massive problems associated with countries taking advantage of other countries with weaker exchange rates. You would not lose a cent in exchange when travelling, the inconveniences and frustrations of forking out thousands of dollars to buy a couple of hundred dollars in another country would vanish. One dollar here would be the same as a dollar over there.

Oil and fossil fuels: One of the greatest problems associated with poverty and war in this world is the manipulation of the oil fields and other natural resources. At present greedy individuals, and companies control these vital resources. While it is fair that countries and companies should profit from the efforts of speculation, exploration, extraction and refinery of these vital fuels - it is not viable at the expense of human suffering that they should control, store and distribute such resources as they see fit. Under the federation all post extracted resources will become the property of the people and be distributed evenly by the Federation. High oil prices will cease to exist. Oil and other fuels will be subject to low holding and distribution levies. With the Federation controlling these important elements, the preservation of our natural resources will be able to be properly monitored and maintained.

Freedom of Movement: The citizens in the federation will become one people and one nation allowing them to travel or migrate to any other country in the Federation without hindrance or persecution. If you wanted to move from Hong Kong and live and work in New Zealand to be with relatives or friends you would be able to do so. People on low income, of less than 20,000 per year, would be able to apply for Federation Migration Transport status once per year. On approval, which is subject to a Regional population support level, individuals will be granted free federation transport whether via land, sea or air to any destination in the Federation.

Environmental Controls and Alternative Energies: The Federation will install universal environment controls. The Constitution demands the preservation and stabilization of mother earth. To aid in this, the federation will engage in scientific increase and creation of alternative fuels and power systems. Coal and Nuclear power plants will become dinosaurs of the past; the internal combustion engine will become an ancient machine. All advanced technologies that were previously hindered by the power of oil monopolies will be allowed to come into operation.

Natural Disasters: The death and mayhem associated with the natural disasters that happen in our world today will be reduced considerably. A global Emergency Service will immediately respond to victims of natural disasters by rescuing people from the effected area, repairing the damage and re-settling them back into the area if they choose so. The Federation Emergency Services will monitor possible danger areas and alert citizens and help evacuate before the events take full toll.

Water & Drought Relief : The fresh water shortages that plague the world today will become issues of past history. The Federation using its empowerment will restore vital water supplies throughout the world to the people utilizing new technology that pipes sea water into special water refineries to deliver freshwater. Other technologies will be utilized to humidify arid regions and generate new economies and social infrastructure for regions that are disadvantaged by water resources.

It turns out that during the Cold War, European governments and secret services conspired with a NATO-backed operation to engineer attacks in their own countries in order to manipulate the population to reject socialism and communism.

DID ISRAEL ATTACK THE UNITED STATES WITH CHERTOFF'S AID?

It is a little known, but historical fact that Israel has attacked the United States several times. Yet, we now know that our New Homeland Security Chief helped Israel to do so.
In 1954, Israeli agents working in Egypt planted bombs in several buildings, including a United States diplomatic facility, and left evidence behind implicating Arabs as the culprits. The ruse would have worked, had not one of the bombs detonated prematurely, allowing the Egyptians to capture and identify one of the bombers, which in turn led to the round up of an Israeli spy ring.

Some of the spies were from Israel, while others were recruited from the local Jewish population. Israel responded to the scandal with claims in the media that there was no spy ring, that it was all a hoax perpetrated by "anti-Semites". But as the public trial progressed, it was evident that Israel had indeed been behind the bombing. Eventually, Israeli's Defense Minister Pinhas Lavon was brought down by the scandal, although it appears that he was himself the victim of a frame-up by the real authors of the bombing project, code named "Operation Susannah."

Pentagon to broadcast to millions of U.S. homes

The U.S. military is to beam its own news coverage to millions of Americans.

Moving on from its phase of embedding journalists, or as some would say, 'a policy of restricting and controlling the flow of information,' the Pentagon will now produce and disseminate the news itself. It will be beamed to the public at no charge. The service will emanate from what is known as the Pentagon Channel, an internal public relations television unit within the Department of Defense. It was set up nine months ago.

The government-run TV service will be channeled to the public through EchoStar Communication's Dish Network which will offer the Pentagon Channel to its more than 11 million viewers on a no-cost basis. Programming will appear on the network's public interest channels and will operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Dish viewers will be kept up to date with current military news and information including Department of Defense news briefings, military news, interviews with top defense officials, and short stories about the work of military people.

'We appreciate Dish Network's decision to carry the new Pentagon Channel on their satellite TV system,' said Defense Department spokesman Larry Di Rita. 'Their support helps us fulfill our mission of providing timely military news and information.',

Teroristé z al-Kajdá procházejí výcvikem v US army

Americký list New York Daily News zveřejnil nedávno šokující zprávu. Jeden z přívrženců teroristické organizace al-Kajdá ze Saúdské Arábie se školil v minulém roce v kurzu amerického vojenského letectva. Po jeho ukončení ho spolu s rodinou těsně před odletem z USA zadrželi agenti FBI. Vycvičený terorista nakonec odletěl do Saúdské Arábie, kde ho zadržely místní bezpečnostní orgány. Velkým otazníkem zatím zůstává, na jakou odbornost ho americké vojenské letectvo školilo. Podle důvěrných zdrojů se v tomto případě nejednalo o běžného teroristického pěšáka. Zadržený terorista, příslušník saúdských ozbrojených sil, zjevně patří k vyšším řídícím článkům al-Kajdá. Znal mimo jiné adresy řady konspiračních bytů teroristické organizace v Saúdské Arábii a výsledkem jeho výslechů bylo údajně zatčení 51 dalších příslušníků al-Kajdá. Americké i saúdské tajné služby uvalily na celou záležitost nejpřísnější embargo. I přesto však pronikly na veřejnost některé velmi důvěrné informace. Poté, co byly odhaleny styky saúdského frekventanta s al-Kajdá, zasáhli do celé záležitosti zvláštní agenti tajné služby amerického vojenského letectva pod velením brigádního generála Pattersona. Ten později zveřejnil prohlášení, že jeho skupina provedla ve spolupráci s FBI úspěšnou antiteroristickou operaci. Po zveřejnění šokující informace o průniku příslušníka al-Kajdá do nejtajnějších struktur amerického vojenského letectva přijala americká armáda nejpřísnější bezpečnostní opatření. Znalci amerických tajných služeb jsou však v tomto směru poměrně skeptičtí. Poukazují na skutečnost, že přes rozsáhlá antiteroristická bezpečnostní opatření existují v americkém ochranném systému díry, umožňující infiltraci teroristů z al-Kajdá. Americký list na základě důvěrných informací upozorňuje, že Saúdská Arábie se stala největším výrobcem a sponzorem teroru . Přitom tento režim patří k nejvěrnějším spojencům USA. V souvislosti s tím se v zahraničních médiích objevila další úvaha: jestliže se teroristé, kteří zaútočili 11. září na mrakodrapy newyorského Světového obchodního centra, připravovali na tuto akci v amerických civilních leteckých školách, nově příchozí stoupenci al-Kajdá se, jak ukázala poslední akce FBI, připravují na nejvyšší úrovni v samém srdci amerických ozbrojených sil. A to je obzvlášť znepokojující zpráva.

Congress Considers Evacuation Tracking

The U.S. House is evaluating tracking technology for possible deployment at Congressional facilities in order to locate House members, staff and visitors during emergencies.

San Francisco - Parents in a northern California public school district and civil liberties groups are urging a school district to terminate the mandatory use of Radio Frequency Identification tags ( RFIDs ) by students. Several civil liberties groups, including the ACLU of Northern California ( ACLU-NC ), Electronic Frontier Foundation ( EFF ), and the Electronic Privacy Information Center ( EPIC ) sent a letter today expressing alarm at the Brittan School District's use of mandatory ID badges that include a RFID device that tracks the students' movements. The device transmits private information to a computer on campus whenever a student passes under one of the scanners. The ID badges also include the student's name, photo, grade, school name, class year and the four-digit school ID number. Students are required to prominently display the badges by wearing them around the neck at all times.

"Forcing my child to be tracked with a RFID device – without our consent or knowledge – is a complete invasion of our privacy," said Michael and Dawn Cantrall. "Our 7th grader came home wearing the ID badge prominently displayed around her neck– if a predator wanted to target my child, the mandatory school ID card has just made that task easier."

"It is dehumanizing to force these children to wear RFIDs, and their parents are rightfully outraged," said Electronic Frontier Foundation senior staff attorney Lee Tien. "We are doing everything we can to support the parents in this fight to protect student privacy."

US nuclear upgrade may violate test ban

As it accuses Iran of trying to develop nuclear weapons, America is preparing to upgrade and renew parts of its own ageing nuclear arsenal. Critics believe the upgrades could lead the US to breach the treaty banning the testing of nuclear weapons.

Since the project will probably involve replacing technology that originated in the Sixties, watchdogs are concerned the US might be inclined to test the newer systems and, therefore, breach the 1996 Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty.

Of more concern to watchdogs is President George Bush's dedication to developing a new breed of "bunker-buster" nuclear weapon, designed to penetrate toughened underground defences. Critics say the plan reveals the administration's hypocrisy and undermines international efforts to persuade other countries not to develop weapons.

Last week, it was revealed that the Defence Secretary, Donald Rumsfeld, had sent the Department of Energy a memo requesting that it set aside funds to resume a study to examine the development of a bunker-buster bomb. The study had been halted last year after Congress removed its funding.

If you're making your way around Los Angeles -- or any metropolitan area in America these days -- there's a good chance your movements are being recorded by a surveillance camera.

Once limited mostly to banks and convenience stores, the beady eye of the surveillance camera has appeared nearly everywhere over the past decade. Cheaper surveillance systems and heightened fears of terrorist attacks have created a world that is increasingly captured on camera.

"If you're outside doing anything, you're being recorded 50 percent of the time," said Paul Ramos, vice president of sales and marketing for Fairfax Electronics, a Los Angeles company that sells security systems.

"If you're shopping or attending an event, it goes up to 90 percent. Yes, Big Brother is there, and Big Brother is strong."

"When people start talking about Big Brother, I say, 'I've got nothing to hide.' Those cameras aren't looking into my home, and if they were, it would be pretty boring."

"These are beautiful tools," said Ramos, whose company sells 20 to 30 surveillance systems each month. "It's the ability to be anywhere in the world and see what's going on, and also review what happened yesterday, or last week, or last month."

"Most people just don't care about being on camera," Noll said. "In Los Angeles, they probably enjoy it. They probably see it as a screen test."

"A lot of people don't care, but they haven't thought about it," he said. "The dark side of this stuff isn't discussed."

"Unless we want to live in a pervasive surveillance society where all of your moves are tracked and recorded, we'd better start putting rules in place."

Prozündelovská demonstrace byla napadena maskovanými muži z ARA za mlčenlivé asistence policie

Před kanadským velvyslanectvím ve Washnigtonu DC dnes probíhala ohlášená mírumilovná demonstrace skupinky lidí na podporu politického vězně Ernesta Zündela, kterého kanadská vláda drží bez obvinění a bez soudu už třetí rok na samotce v torontském vězení za zločin špatného myšlení. Zündel vyjádřil pochybnosti o holocaustu.

Skupinka demonstrující pro Zündela byla obklíčená a fyzicky napadena gangem maskovaných mužů (maskování je v rozporu se zákonem, ale přítomné policii to nevadilo) vybavených klacky, železnými klíči, obušky a dalšími zbraněmi. Útok provedla skupina ARA (Anti Racist Action). ARA zničila transparent s nápisem "Ostuda Kanady" a na účastníky demonstrace házela sáčky naplněné močí a hnojem.

Přítomná policie v počtu třiceti amerických a šesti kanadských policistů učinila pokus zabránit konfrontaci, ale příliš se jí to "nedařilo". Nikdo z útočníků nebyl zatčen ani legitimován.

Poté, co ARA rozehnala demonstraci, rozeslala skupinky svých věrných na zástavky hromadné dopravy a stanoviště taxíků v okolí, aby pronásledovaly účastníky prozündelovské demonstrace i tam.

Levicová organizace samozvaných bojovníků proti rasismu ARA je na seznamu teroristických skupin, a existují náznaky, že byla v minulosti financována vládou a židovskými organizacemi, které ji rády používají na vykonávání špinavé práce.

I want to talk about the "crime" of holocaust denial, because Zundel isn't denying anything. He is asking questions, which is what one does when examining history.

Certainly in an age where we were lied to about Iraq's weapons of mass destruction to create a war, prudence demands that we always re-examine everything we have ever been taught by those same people who just lied to us about Iraq's WMDs.

Now, I want you to consider the following list.

Nobody worries about re-examining the historical record of these genocides. There are no laws punishing those who go back and re-check the facts, to separate the truth from the politically expedient lies which Iraq has made clear are a part of our daily existence. Nobody screams and denounces those who want to look at the historical reality behind the screed.

With one exception, of course.

Out of all the horrors listed above, one and only one is protected from examination by force of law, at the request of the victims. Only one is declared off limits a priori, by the victims. Only one is remanded to the courtroom rather than in the library, by the victims.

Why?

I can understand the PERPETRATORS wanting to bar all possible examination, but to have the victims demand there be no examination of the facts?

Out of all the genocides, many more recent and even larger than that of Germany, is one and only one declared totally off limits by the victims. Think about that.

Bulletproof Cameras ready to Patrol New Orleans

NEW ORLEANS (AP) -- The intent was obvious. The man aimed an AK47 at the newly installed crime camera and fired away. "All it did was get him arrested," chuckled New Orleans' chief technology officer Greg Meffert. "The camera immediately notified the police and tracked him until he was caught."

New Orleans is installing a citywide security system with state-of-the-art cameras that can monitor an eight-block area around each one, as well as communicate with police, track crime in the area and provide proof in court.

Don't call it Big Brother, however. City officials insist it's much more like the old days when cops walked a beat than like government spying.

Sametová revoluce, mýty a hlupáci

Již třinácté oslavy, vázající se k 17. listopadu 1989, jsou za námi. Tehdy podle legendy měli studenti vybojovat opět demokracii. Mýtus sametové revoluce je pro zastánce lžidemokracie nedotknutelný. Lžidemokraté doufají, že jejich svátek svým významem zastíní z jejich pohledu „přece jen poněkud trapně nacionalistický“ 28.říjen. Připustí-li vůbec, že mýtus má „jisté“ trhliny, nechtějí se o nich konkrétně bavit. Celkem správně tuší, že by je taková diskuse mohla dostat do úzkých. Proto se raději omezují na tvrzení: není důležité „jak to bylo“. Hlavně, že tady máme zase demokracii. Stejně se jedná o vysokou politiku, do které nikdo nevidí.
Připomeňme si fakta všeobecně známá. Alespoň ve své době. Listopadový průvod byl veden „studentem Růžičkou“, alias agentem StB Zifčákem. Průvod byl odkloněn na Národní třídu, kde již čekal dobře vyzbrojený Pohotovostní pluk VB. Jelikož nebylo zdaleka jisté, že studenti vyvolají s ozbrojenou složkou Veřejné bezpečnosti konflikt, měla StB v čele průvodu své „další, poněkud odrostlejší studenty“. Ti měli za úkol vyprovokovat zásah. Úkol splnili. Jelikož se dále předpokládalo, že pár boulí nebude na vyburcování lidu k revoluci stačit, StB předem obstarala i „povinného mrtvého“. Tak se stal z nám již dobře známého estébáka Růžičky mrtvý student Martin Šmíd. Na scéně se objevuje narkomanka Drahomíra Dražská, která přesvědčí zkušeného a ostříleného Petra Uhla, že viděla na zemi „v kalužích krve ležet mrtvého studenta Martina Šmída“. Uhl nemá mnoho času závažnou informaci prověřovat, a tak ji vypouští prostřednictvím médií do celého světa. Vhodně vypuštěná informace plní účel, lid od té chvíle plní náměstí a nedlouho poté se režim hroutí jako domeček z karet. Sametová revoluce slavně vítězí.
Když si vybavím ono památné podloubí na Národní třídě, kde se nejprve válí agent Zifčák, a krátce nato je totéž místo zaneřáděno voskem z vyhořelých svíček na památku „první oběti revoluce“, dodnes se musím smát. Rády ono místo poté navštěvovaly hysterické dívenky, aby zde pietně hasily hořící svíčky tryskáním svých slziček. Heslo tehdejších průvodů: Tady se to stalo! je další památkou na onu dobu. Později se konečně vynořil na světlo světa ten „skutečně pravý“ Martin Šmíd. Kupodivu i přesto kult podloubí mrtvého revolucionáře přetrvává. Dokonce jej drží dodnes i někteří tzv. špičkoví politici, aby právě zde vzdali hold „obětem revoluce“. A z našeho podloubí se tak pomalu ale jistě začíná stávat poutní místo všech hlupáků.
Ale vraťme se k oné žhavé revoluční době, kdy také vzniká slavné Občanské fórum (OF). Během několika dnů je nejen Praha zaplavena odznaky a plakáty OF. Nikdo se nezabývá tím, že v době, kdy se odznak v této zemi zaváděl do výroby půl roku, je země zaplavena propagačními materiály OF. V té době jeden z řečníků na Václavském náměstí vyřkne myšlenku, která dosud snad žádného normálního občana tohoto státu nenapadla: „Havel na Hrad!“ Ten notorik a výtržník - a prezident! A z rozpačitého ticha a překvapených pohledů okolostojících každý poznal, koho taková myšlenka také napadla. Nicméně proradný řečník využil tehdejší nakloněnosti davu ke kterýmkoliv myšlenkám, které nezní jako komunistické, a přerušil ticho obdobnými slovy. Tentokrát se již dav chytil a nechal se strhnout ke skandování. Druhého dne si už snad téměř každý řekl: „Proč mne to nenapadlo dřív? Je to ten nejlepší kandidát!“ Z dnešního pohledu viděno - měřeno výsledným efektem - tehdejší propaganda fungovala. Československo bylo zahlceno plakáty „Havel na Hrad!“. (Dle obvykle velmi dobře informovaného zdroje, který si nepřeje být jmenován, byly uvedené plakáty vytištěny již v létě 1989 ve Švédsku. Totéž lze ostatně soudit i o odznacích a plakátech OF.)
A náš idol vydrží na Hradě přesně tak dlouho, byť s internacionální pomocí rakouských a českých lékařů, jako jeho předchůdce. Kdyby se to bývalo vědělo předem, mohlo se sídlo prezidentů na čas přesunout na Vítkov. Je zde docela zachovalé Gottwaldovo mauzoleum. Ale to jsem poněkud odbočil.
Spisy nejvýznamnějších agentů StB, krátce po revoluci, přesněji bezprostředně po nástupu Havla do úřadu státního prezidenta, týkající se shodou okolností Havla a dalších špičkových chartistů, mizí z archivů. Prý aby je nikdo nezneužil. Za účelem dokonalého dočištění archivů se ministrem vnitra stává Jan Ruml.
A Petr Uhl? Ten se nedlouho po sametovém převratu stává šéfem ČTK… Nakonec on to byl, kdo v praxi prokázal, že s informacemi dokáže pracovat. Symbolicky to předznamenává budoucí vývoj v oblasti masmédií. Kdo si myslí, že se příliš neodklonil od předlistopadového trendu, velmi se blíží skutečnosti.
Jak se zdá, akce s krycím názvem „Golgota“ byla, jak je ostatně u akcí tohoto druhu zvykem, dlouhodobě a pečlivě připravována.

K Řádu lebky a kostí

Členy tohoto nepříliš známého řádu jsou i George Bush ml., tak i jeho nedávný protikandidát John Kerry. Oba se členy stali během studia na univerzitě v Yale. Situace, kdy tento řád měl prakticky jistotu, že na postu prezidenta bude mít svého člověka, nám může přijít jako paradox. Ovšem podobných „paradoxů“ je v dějinách mnoho. A můžeme je najít i v dějinách našich.
Když v roce 1935 po odstoupení T. G. Masaryka kandidoval na post prezidenta republiky Edvard Beneš, měl proti sobě profesora Němce. Beneš měl podporu spíše levicových stran, Němec naopak těch pravicových, jejichž představitelé Beneše na místě nejvyšším vidět nechtěli. Ovšem oba kandidáti byli členy zednářské lóže a na její popud profesor Němec krátce před samotnou volbou svou kandidaturu stáhl. Ale i kdyby kandidoval a případně vyhrál, lóže by měla své jisté.
Zajímavé byly i reakce většiny médií na váhavě potvrzovaná členství ve výše zmíněném Řádu lebky a kostí, který byl vesměs líčen jako recesisticko povýšenecký klub bohatých studentů, nic dalšího. O něčem jiném však hovoří např. časopis Fakta X, číslo 25 z roku 1999.

Řád vznikl v roce 1832 a je tajným spolkem studentů Yaleské univerzity, který vybírá a připravuje skupinu elitních studentů na budoucí funkce se značným vlivem a mocí. Mezi bývalé i současné členy řádu patří smetánka amerického východního establishementu - synové finančníků, politiků a průmyslníků. Z mnoha členů ze staré školy se stali prominentní političtí činitelé včetně bývalého amerického prezidenta George Bushe st. Předpokládá se, že řád existuje proto, aby dohlížel na vytvoření Nového světového řádu, v jehož rámci bude celosvětová moc soustředěna do rukou několika vybraných jedinců.
Pozorovatelé se domnívají, že kořeny řádu sahají až k evropskému hnutí 18. století s názvem Osvícenci (známější spíše jako ilumináti - pozn. red. AM). Hnutí založil v roce 1776 na Ingolstadtské univerzitě v Bavorsku profesor práv Adam Weishaupt a jeho členové věřili, že oni sami by měli ovládat národní i mezinárodní mocenské vztahy. Cílem Osvícenců bylo nastolit vlastní světový řád prostřednictvím revolucí, válek a roztržek.
V roce 1787 odhalila bavorská vláda dokumenty týkající se Weishauptových plánů na vytvoření nového světového řádu a organizace byla oficiálně rozpuštěna. Ještě než došlo k rozpuštění, napojil Weishaupt tento řád na mocnou zednářskou síť, která se tehdy šířila po Evropě a USA jako nezkrotný požár.
V USA zavedl doktrínu Osvícenců generál Huntington Russel v roce 1832. Russel od roku 1830 studoval na Ingolstadtské univerzitě, kde se s principy Osvícenství seznámil. Po návratu na Yaleskou univerzitu představil toto učení svému příteli a spolužákovi Alfonsu Taftovi. Společně se rozhodli, že principy Osvícenců znovu vzkřísí, a Řád lebky a kostí byl na světě.
Ve své čtyřdílné studii s názvem Řád odhaluje spisovatel, akademik a historik Anthony Sutton metody, pomocí nichž Bonesmani - jak se členové řádu označují - zavádějí do života své učení. Infiltrací na klíčové pozice západní politické hierarchie se řád podle Suttona snaží ovládnou distribuci zbraní, paliv, financí a dalších zdrojů.
Způsobem globálního řízení mohou být efektivně řízeny zejména rozvojové země - lze oslabovat jejich ekonomiky, podněcovat občanské války a revoluce nebo ovládat sociální stabilitu určitého státu. Tento proces podle Suttona sílí, ale probíhá pomalu, aby to nezasvěceným nebylo zřejmé. Ovšem konečný výsledek tohoto procesu vždy vychýlí rovnováhu mezinárodní moci do rukou úzké politické elity.
Z politického hlediska protagonisté Nového světového řádu jakoby poštvávají levici a pravici proti sobě a z jejich vzájemného střetu se rodí nový společenský, politický a ekonomický řád. Tento proces je podle Suttona v zahraničně-politických kruzích znám pod bezelstným výrazem řízená krize.
Kromě oblasti mezinárodní politiky se Bonesmani silně angažují také ve sféře zpravodajské. Slovo „spook“ (bubák nebo také špion), kterým se dnes označuje tajný agent, bylo původně yaleským výrazem pro člena tajné společnosti. Podle mezinárodně uznávaného investigativního časopisu Covert Action Quartely existuje uvnitř CIA Klub kostí, který podporuje kariéru svých členů. Bonesmani mají rovněž bohaté zastoupení v oblasti žurnalistiky a vydavatelství, kde jejich vlivná ruka údajně kontroluje a cenzuruje nepřátelské zprávy.
Pozorovatelé dokonce věří, že současné státní hranice se zanedlouho stanou pouhými symbolickými označovacími liniemi. Dojde totiž k centralizaci moci a organizace jako NATO nebo OSN se stanou oficiálními institucemi.
Mnozí kritikové poukazují na současnou podobu Evropské unie jako na předposlední fázi procesu vytváření Nového světového řádu. Jednotlivé státy rychle přijdou o svou suverenitu a budou včleněny do nové nadnárodní politické struktury.
Státní prezidenti a další politikové se stanou pouhými politickými loutkami, které nebudou schopny vládnout své zemi nebo vykonávat vůli voličů. A jakmile se moc pomalu koncentruje do rukou vybrané elity, pak nastolení Nového světového řádu naprosto zlikviduje principy individuálních svobod jedince, které jsou již staletí zakotveny a ochraňovány v ústavách jednotlivých zemí.
