EVERY youngster in the UK will be required to take part in citizenship ceremonies under a radical government plan to boost "Britishness" and combat extremism, Scotland on Sunday can reveal.

Ministers are considering the controversial move following the bomb attacks in London by UK-born Muslims, which have placed unprecedented focus on the question of British identity.

Experts have warned that the bombers are the product of Britain's ghettoised urban culture, which has failed to provide national symbols around which to unite.

Scotland on Sunday can reveal that Britain's first 'Citizenship Day' has been pencilled in for this October, to celebrate the value of community and volunteer work.

Ministers are also consulting on plans to copy citizenship ceremonies in Australia and Canada, where citizens are encouraged to take part in ceremonies pledging their allegiance to their country.

Among the plans under consideration is a "rite of passage" plan in which all 18-year-olds would be forced to take part in a ceremony marking the fact that they are able to vote.

But the ceremonies are likely to be resisted by some young Britons, who are naturally wary of what they regard as flag-waving patriotism.

Reporter suggests Brynes discovered plan to turn nuke exercise into staged terror attack

The head of Fort Monroe's Training and Doctrine Command, four star general Kevin P. Byrnes, was fired Tuesday apparently for sexual misconduct according to official sources.

Other sources however have offered a different explanation for Byrnes' dismissal which ties in with the Bush administration's unpopular plan to attack Iran and the staged nuclear attack in the US which would provide the pretext to do so.

According to reporter Greg Szymanski, anonymous military sources said that Brynes was the leader of a faction that was preparing to instigate a coup against the neo-con hawks in an attempt to prevent further global conflict.

Indications are that, much like popular opinion amongst the general public, half the military oppose the neo-con's agenda and half support it.

Further revelations were imparted by journalist Leland Lehrman who appeared today on The Alex Jones Show.

Lehrman's army sources, including a former Captain in intelligence, became outraged when they learned that the official story behind 9/11 was impossible.

They told Lehrman that the imminent Northcom nuclear terror exercise based in Charleston, S.C, where a nuclear warhead is smuggled off a ship and detonated, was originally intended to 'go live' - as in the drill would be used as the cover for a real false flag staged attack.

This website has relentlessly discussed similar style drills which took place on the morning of 9/11 and on the morning of 7/7 in London.

"Speculation exists that he had potentially discovered the fact that it was gonna go live and that he was trying to put a stop to it or also speculation indicates that he may be part of a military coup designed to prevent the ridiculous idea of doing a nuclear war with Iran, " said Lehrman.



Lehrman said that other sources had told him all army leave had been cancelled from September 7th onwards, opening the possibility for war to be declared within that time frame.

Northcom officials also admitted to Lehrman that CNN had been using its situation room as a studio.

Earlier this week, Washington Post reported that the Pentagon has developed its first ever war plans for operations within the continental United States, in which terrorist attacks would be used as the justification for imposing martial law on cities, regions or the entire country.

American Conservative Magazine recently reported that Dick Cheney had given orders to immediately invade Iran after the next terror attack in the US, even if there was no evidence Iran was involved.

Government and media mouthpieces have been fearmongering for weeks about how a nuclear attack within the US is imminent.

Now would be the most opportune time for the Globalists to stage a major attack, as it would head off any potential indictments against the Bush administration for their involvement in illegally outing CIA agent Valerie Plame.

While rumors circulating about indictments having already taken place against Bush and Cheney should rightly be treated very carefully, the fact that there is an ongoing criminal investigation into the matter is something that's admitted and shouldn't be viewed as speculation.

Brit License Plates Get Chipped

The British government is preparing to test new high-tech license plates containing microchips capable of transmitting unique vehicle identification numbers and other data to readers more than 300 feet away.

Officials in the United States say they'll be closely watching the British trial as they contemplate initiating their own tests of the plates, which incorporate radio frequency identification, or RFID, tags to make vehicles electronically trackable.

"We definitely have an interest in testing an RFID-tagged license plate," said Jerry Dike, chairman of the American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators and director of the Vehicle Titles and Registration Division of the Texas Department of Transportation.

So-called "active" RFID tags, like the one in the e-Plate made by the U.K. firm Hills Numberplates, have built-in batteries, allowing them to broadcast data much farther than the small passive tags used to track inventory at retail stores.

Active RFID is already enjoying limited use on U.S. roadways. Under a new program, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security is issuing RFID tags to foreign freight and passenger vehicles as they enter the country.

The technology is also used in electronic toll-collection systems in the United States to automatically charge participating drivers as they breeze past unstaffed toll booths. In the San Francisco Bay Area, FasTrak toll transponders are also polled at readers away from the toll booths, to determine how quickly traffic is moving through particular areas.

Proponents argue that making such RFID tags mandatory and ubiquitous is a logical move to counter the threat of terrorists using the roadways, and that it will scoop up insurance and registration scofflaws in the process.

Prozíravější komentátoři předpovídali už po masové vraždě 11. září 2001, že lidská práva nebudou, co bývala. Přituhlo a bude hůř. Tragický přehmat britských policistů byl názorným příkladem, o jaké právo lidé přišli: neuposlechnout policistovu výzvu a dát se na útěk. Následuje kulka do hlavy. Premiér Blair výslovně upozornil, že bude změněn zákon o lidských právech, aby bylo možno rychleji vypovídat podněcovatele terorismu.
Čtete správně: vypovídat ne teroristy, ale podněcovatele. Nápad nevznikl někde v Číně, ale v kolébce demokracie. Sáhněme ještě jinam do pokladnice nápadů. Sdružení vedoucích policejních činitelů taktéž doporučuje střílet teroristy do hlavy a shodlo se na instrukcích, jak teroristu v davu rozpoznat. Potí se, zrychluje a zpomaluje chůzi a šeptem se modlí. I za to může být kulka do hlavy?
Různá omezení čekají také nás. Jedno je ale jisté, a záleží na letoře, zda to budete považovat za konstatování pesimistické nebo optimistické: zvykneme si.

Blair: Vyženeme všechny, kdo hlásají nenávist

Pravidla hry se změnila, končíme s ohledy. Tuto zprávu vyslal britský premiér Tony Blair těm, kdo by chtěli v Británii šířit náboženskou nenávist či podněcovat k terorismu. Blair upřesnil nová protiteroristická opatření.

Ta hodlá jeho kabinet zavést v reakci na dvě vlny červencových bombových útoků v londýnské dopravě.

Británie zásadně mění pravidla pro vyhošťování cizinců. Dosud mohli být vypovězeni jen lidé ohrožující národní bezpečnost.

Nová opatření cíleně a tvrdě míří na náboženské extremisty, například radikální muslimské duchovní, a na všechny, kdo sympatizují s terorismem.

"Britská pohostinnost byla zneužita, pravidla hry se tedy změní. Přijdou a budou hrát podle našich zákonů, našeho způsobu života. Pokud ne, budou muset odejít," vytyčil Blair mantinely, mezi které se lidé přicházející do Británie budou muset vejít.

Důvodem k vyhoštění bude podpora a podněcování k terorismu.

K vypovězení ovšem bude stačit i to, když se cizinec ocitne mezi osobami nějak spojenými s knihkupectvími, internetovými stránkami či organizacemi, které písemně nebo slovně oslavují či ospravedlňují teroristické činy.

Databáze těchto subjektů už vzniká za spolupráce britské policie, ministerstva zahraničí a tajných služeb.

Deportace byly dosud omezeny zákony na ochranu lidských práv, podle kterých Británie nesměla vracet cizince do zemí, kde by jim hrozilo nebezpečí. I to se teď změní.

Tony Blair oznámil, že zákony o lidských právech doplní novou legislativou, která deportace učiní mnohem "přímočařejšími".

Po útocích na Londýn, jejichž pachateli byli až na jednu výjimku britští občané nebo žadatelé o azyl, čelila britská vláda kritice, že byla příliš benevolentní vůči projevům náboženského extremismu.

V pátek premiér Blair naznačil, že s touto shovívavostí je také konec. Podle Blaira chce kabinet s představiteli britských muslimů konzultovat uzavření těch mešit, které sloužily "jako ohniska podněcování k extremismu".

Vláda rovněž sestaví seznam muslimských duchovních "nezpůsobilých" k šíření víry a ty vypoví ze země.

Británie také zpřísní udělování azylu či přiznání dvojího občanství. Jakýkoli minulý aktivní kontakt s terorismem žadatele diskvalifikuje.

Mezi navrhovanými opatřeními je i prodloužení doby, po kterou může policie držet osobu podezřelou z terorismu bez sdělení obvinění, a to ze současných dvou týdnů na dva měsíce.

Zavedou se i biometrická víza pro osoby z vytipovaných problémových zemí.

Vláda, opozice i představitelé britských muslimů byli dosud jednotní v názorech na to, jak by měla Británie po útocích na Londýn čelit terorismu.

Ostrost Blairových návrhů a jeho prohlášení tento konsenzus nabourala a Británii evidentně čeká složitá politická i společenská debata.

Vůdce liberálních demokratů Charles Kennedy uvedl, že pro některá zamýšlená opatření nemůže vláda počítat s jeho podporou.

Britská rada muslimů pak označila za kontraproduktivní krok, jenž vyvolá napětí, zákaz dvou britských islámských organizací, který Blair oznámil ve svém vystoupení.

Obdobnými slovy, která už předtím použil americký prezident George Bush, reagoval Tony Blair na čtvrteční hrozbu muže číslo 2 v síti Al-Kajdy, Ajmána Zavahrího. Ten Londýn varoval před novým krveprolitím. - více zde

"Ti, kdo učinili včerejší prohlášení, jsou také ti, kteří souhlasí se zabíjením nevinných lidí v Iráku, v Afghánistánu a nevinných osob ve všech demokratických státech," prohlásil Blair.
