GANBOY: To jo, ale pokud možno jak ve smyslu pozitivním, tak negativním. Jezdila jsem do zemědělského družstva, kde měli lidi prémie za odchované tele a srážky za uhynulé. Hýčkali je jako vlastní děti, skákali kolem nich neskutečně a i ten nejposlednější údržbář cestou přes stáj sledoval, která kráva má říji, aby se co nejúspěšněji inseminovalo a telat bylo co nejvíc. V druhém podniku existovaly jen ty srážky za úhyny a stálo to tam za prd, lidi se naučili počítat s tím, že mají peněz prostě míň, protože nějaké tele tu a tam uhyne i při nejlepší péči, a podle toho se taky minimálně angažovali. No a třetí příklad jsem tehdy byla já, zaměstnanec na pozici s víkendovými pohotovostmi a fixním platem, který nezohledňoval, jestli jsem se o pohotovostním víkendu celý den koukala na televizi, nebo řešila průsery. V první řadě jsem si přirozeně přála, aby nastala varianta a), což je pravý opak než to, co by potřebovala firma, a v druhé řadě jsem, jak jen to bylo možné, odešla do soukromého sektoru, abych byla placena za skutečnou práci.
