Try to find your most common things sometimes... spices, toalette paper, soap, meal and food in fridge...
Try to sustain clean flat. You know, some one is doing dishes this week, someone is cleaning floors, someone is taking care fo bathtub and toalette,...

I was living in flats like that for approx 20y and believe my experience: do it yourself and hide your weed and candy, if you have some, or it will be “collectivized” and never replaced.

Its like, when you do pathways. Ideally it will be cornered and straight, because its easy tu build, but most likely you will find, that people tend to cross grass over the corner.
Modern architecture (social architecture, in opossite to functionalism even well ment like Corbusier’s), tend to build houses, let people walk in mud for while, and than follow pathways wit cobble stone or something.
Thats why communism is shit, because basically noone wants to walk acording some rules and socialize in merry festival, after 12h of work in factory. You want your own friends, not friens dictated by system (classroom, flatmates, house neibours)... thats why it fails and shit like FB lives. In communism, there will be only facebook, because its communal and ok. You do not want to, you are going to be kicked and someday killed... ostrakization it is called.
Communism is totality of commune, that btw never worked.
