**Title:** Allow Moderators to Set User Privilege for Permanent Cache of Boosted, Faved, or Bookmarked Statuses
**Description:**
As a moderator, I would like to have the ability to set a hidden privilege for users that ensures any statuses they boost, favorite, or bookmark remain in the cache of the federated timeline indefinitely. This feature would help maintain important content accessible and prevent it from being purged over time.
**Proposed Solution:**
1. Introduce a new user privilege that can be set by moderators.
2. Ensure this privilege is hidden from the user.
3. Modify the caching mechanism to retain statuses that are boosted, faved, or bookmarked by users with this privilege in the federated timeline cache permanently.
**Benefits:**
- Ensures important content remains accessible in the federated timeline.
- Provides moderators with more control over content visibility and retention.
- Enhances user experience by preventing the loss of significant statuses.
**Additional Context:**
This feature would be particularly useful for high-profile users or accounts that frequently share valuable content, ensuring their interactions are preserved in the federated timeline.
